Mini 125mm HEAT

This is the 1:1 125mm HEAT round ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2758654 ) scaled down to 33%

For those not wanting to commit to the larger 1:1 scale 125mm HEAT round, I've created a simplified 1/3rd scale version that can be printed in a fraction of the time -- since simply scaling down the full sized version might cause issues with the tolerances.

In this case, I tripled the size of the gaps between parts that are supposed to move and fit together, so when scaled down it will still move. For simplicity I only included the major components (some of the internals that won't be seen are left out)

A test print of the fins at .1mm layer height was successful, though a few minutes of careful poking with an xacto knife was needed to get the parts moving,
