Mini (13mm) Honest John Model Rocket

This is a simple 2-part design model rocket designed for Estes 13mm motors. There are two nosecones included with the design, the regular Honest John nosecone and a special cone designed to accept an Estes Astro Cam camera.

You'll need some kevlar cord for a shock cord. This runs through a hole near the launch lug. Knot the outside portion of the cord and epoxy it to the firewall. Attach the other end to the nosecone (to the top in the case of the Astro Cam nose). This rocket is light enough that it does not require a streamer or parachute.

The motor mount is intentionally a little loose fitting so you will have to use some tape to make the motor fit snug.
