This is a mini 50% scale of the original collapsing lightsaber. I thickened some walls and increased the thread clearances so its easier to print at a smaller scale. I also made a five color version, if you have a tool changer, AMS, MMU, ext… Since the hilt has a removable cap, the blades can be printed separately in vase mode in different colors or materials. The blades must be printed in vase mode with a .4mm nozzle. I had best results with a line with of .49mm. You can shorten or lengthen the blade by adjusting the line width.
