this is made for the standard airbrush air compressor so to help with the overheating due to long periods of use it adapts a 120-volt fan to blow into the primary motor foud here

the installation uses the screw with the fan and they do need to be cut down to be flush with the adapter plate. and the mount reuses the screws from the compressor to attach the plate to the compressor.
