This model is a functional mini crane designed for strength, easy assembly, and reproducibility. It combines realistic design, validated mechanical testing, and Arduino control. The crane can lift 3 kg reliably, with potential up to 4.5 kg after optimization. The assembly is made of 7 parts, designed for quick and intuitive building with no slipping or misalignment. The design is inspired by industrial cranes, combining strength and a realistic look. The parts have been optimized for 3D printing to prevent breaking at stress points. Stress analysis and deformation studies were carried out in ANSYS to ensure load distribution and stability.Printing is optimized for FDM printers using PLA or PETG. Infill and orientation have been validated through strength testing, including a stress–strain curve. The system requires additional components to operate:Arduino Uno (basic model)Parallax 900-00005 servo motorPotentiometerThree ball bearings (example reference: SNR 629ZZ)This project was develop
