Mini Drill Press For Rotary Tool

Comparing to the CraVeg's [remix](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1321142), this drill press has new parametric (OpenSCAD) tool holding brackets and new parametric base platform, so it can be easily adapted to other rotary tools/drills. There are example bracket parametrisation scripts `bracket2-practyl-rotary-lower.scad` and `bracket2-practyl-rotary-upper.scad` for a Practyl rotary tool. Other parts are copied from the CraVeg's drill press.

Besides printed parts the following was used:

* 2 x M8x120mm threaded rods
* 4 x M8 nuts
* 2 x M6x70mm threaded rods (80mm rods would be better)
* 3 x M6 nuts
* 1 x M3x5 flat head screw for the gear
* 6 x M3x10 screws
* 2 x M3x20 screws
* 6 x M3 nuts
* some washers
* some rubber band
