In this project, we are designing and fabricating a plunger-type mini-injection molding machine for our CNC lab along with two molds. We are doing this project because our lab has a die casting setup and computerized numerically controlled (CNC) lathe and Milling machine along with a wire cut EDM and sinker EDM machine the only important machine that is missing is the injection molding machine. We will use these machines for the fabrication of mini-injection molding machine and molds. We will make molds of required products on these machines for quick prototyping and small-scale production and we will test these molds on our injection molding machine. The plunger-type mini-injection molding machine is a vital tool for the production and prototyping of small products. This machine offers versatility and cost by combining quality engineering with a small design. This mini-injection molding machine is intended for the precise and efficient production of small plastic parts. It has a strong plunger-based injection mechanism that allows for the molding of complicated components. The small size makes it ideal for space-constrained situations such as CNC laboratories and educational organizations.
