further updated pump designs :https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6178889
I have been playing around with some different pumps for a few projects.
this is the final tested version, seams to work good pumps well and seams to last a long time.
everything is printed other than the shaft witch i have added the stl and the pdf drawing.
it might work with a printed shaft but some work might be needed in fitment.
there are no bearings , everything is lubricated by the working fluid, and has no replaceable bushings.
port fittings are g1/8 or 1/8bsp, witch i then tapped for 1/8 tapered pipe.
can be powered with a few different motors, all of my pumps in this class have a bolt pattern on the back of the body that is 17mm diam, and a 4 bold circle ( on this pump one hole is suppressed but still has the same spacing)
I was working on a magnetic sealed drive , or a sealed shaft but I had to many issues to make it worth wild and went with a less expensive and complicated design (
