Mini Kossel zprobe clamp

If you are building a Mini Kossel, a clamp is required to preload the spring on the zprobe for automatic bed leveling. Johann uses a terminal block connector, but I didn't have anything suitable lying around. Hence this part.

I took the captured hex nut idea from triffid_hunter's gear set, which are incidentally the gears that I'm using on my 3mm Bowden extruder.

Update (7/13/2014):
1) Uploaded an STL for the nyloc version.

Update (9/8/2013):
1) After running the printer for a few weeks the screw vibrated loose from the hex nut. I tweaked the scad nut dimensions for handle a nyloc, which I'd recommend.

2) After doing some higher temperature prints (230C), the PLA clamp was noticeably deformed. I reprinted it in ABS to avoid any temperature related problems.
