I wanted to get a real sound voltex controller but didn't have the money at the moment. So I stripped an old fight stick I made and modeled a controller enclosure for 8 - 30mm screwbuttons and 2 - 24mm short stem screwbuttons. The PCB I used to base the design from was an akishop ps360+.
Instructions:
Print the top panel first and install your buttons.
Print bottom panel and mount your pcb (hole cutout in the side is sized for an akishop ps360+)
Print left and right walls
Run wiring from your pcb to the buttons in your top panel
Connect left and right walls to the bottom panel
Slot in the hinge pins for the top panel starting first with one side, and then flexing the opposite side wall slightly to all the other pin to slide into place.
The back wall is optional but helps with rigidity for consistent button presses, this would be the point where print and connect it if you wish to use it. The cutouts at the top are intended for external cable management if you want to keep you
