The original toolrest coming with the machine is not very practical, the fixing screw is under the piece that is beeing worked and the groove always fills up with dust, plus the toolrest area is very small and needs to be adjusted often when working on longer pieces as pens. So I made this one, it has a fixed height, but it is longer, it can stay in place when moving the tailstock, and it is locked from the side. Moving the toolrest is a very fast task now...
On the top, I made a groove to fit a 3mm hss bar that avoid tools to dent the plastic of the toolrest.

The file "StandardLatheToolrest.stl" fits lathes without height modification

If you did modify it's height with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3807182, I found more practical to have one for small diameter turnings and one for bigger ones.
If you keep in the same folder the profile1560.scad and the height modification file, you can have a view of the toolrest together with the height increase parts while dimensioning
