An awesome project we decided to do that would showcase the great uses of 3D printing.
A mini lounge set that is sure to be a great showcase of your 3D printer to friends and family, as well as an amazing hobby that your kids would be ecstatic about!
All designed to a 1:1 scale and thereafter scaled to a reasonable size (4.56%) to ensure that we wouldn't be wasting heaps of filament but this can be adjusted according to your needs :D
All the models were printed with our DIY Electronics Prusa i3 Premium printer except for the sofa cushions, will explain shortly.
The filament used:
Black, Grey and White - ESun PLA
Brown - ESun Woodfill (0.8mm nozzle as opposed to 0.4mm for the other filaments)
Red - Esun TPU (We used a Creality CR10S Pro with this to get the perfect retraction and backpressure as TPU can be tricky)
We used TPU for the cushions just to add the extra effect of a "squishy" cushion :D
All design work was done on Fushion 360 by our in-house designer, an
