This little 20mm key ring is about as small as an FFF printer can reliably print this kind of geometry.

To release: pull down, release up a little, twist anticlockwise and pull down again.

I've used Moss Grey Matte PLA in the photos which suits it very well:

You'll need a couple of small disc magnets, one 5mm in diameter, 2.5mm high and the other 3mm in diameter by 2mm high. These can push fit into the parts (depending on your printer's tolerances) but are best held in place with a blob of super glue (cyanoacrylate). If you want to use different sized magnets just let me know and I'll upload models to suit.

I recommend N52 neodymium magnets for maximum strength, like these:
