Mini Audio mixer with 2 stereo in, 1 mono in, and 1 stereo out. 3.5mm jacks. Plans and more details here : http://therandomlab.blogspot.com/2015/05/simple-passive-monostereo-to-stereo.html

This one does not match the schematic exactly. It has two stereo channels and one mono channel into one stereo out. Used 10K potentiometer, 1K resistors, and 1uF Capacitors.

The 3.5mm socket are "5-Pack CESS 3.5mm Stereo Balanced TRS Socket Female Connector Panel Chassis Mount (#318: 3.5mm Stereo Socket,5-Pack)" From Amazon.

Used m3 screws for the lid.
