This is a quick and easy scraper to use with your 3D printer. The plastic blade won't scratch PEI sheets, and the small form factor allows for it to be made in about an hour. It also allows you to swap out the blade if the edges become worn. The Mini Scraper is good for removing purge lines, brims, and extra glue residue without the risk of cutting your fingers. It's all-plastic construction allows for safe use anywhere.
After printing the scraper body, blade, and holding nuts, place the blade in the holder at the front of the scraper body. Secure it in place with the 2 holding nuts. If you have trouble printing 2 at once, use the "1 holding nut" file to print them one at a time. Make sure the threads are clean before attempting to screw the nuts on. Tighten each nut to hand-tight to avoid damaging the parts.
It is recommended to print the blade in a tough material. PLA could work, but I would recommend using ABS. I didn't have any ABS so I used homemade PET filament to make the blad
