Note: This is a remix of aticof´s VTOL, Thingyverse however wont let me add his design as remix.
I recently found a nice Y3 VTOL Conversion for my Skyhunter, wich i tried. I noticed, however, that most of his parts are very secific for his chosen parts and you can´t convert an existing model. So here you have basically the same Kit, redesigned for existing models, more common parts and simpler installation and with english documentation^^. The original Designer has a blog in wich he discusses every aspect of this build, i is in spanish? though.
What are the differences to the original?
- all parts can be added to existing, build up frames
- use of normal bearings instead of the lipped ones
- simplified installation
What do i need to buy?
- 2 2212 980kv Motors wit ESC´s, i used Sunnysky motors and Hobbywing 40A ESC´s
- 10mm square carbon tube, 1m should be enougth
- 12mm Carbon Tube
- 2 12g Servos, i used metal geared EMAX digital Servos
- i already had a working mo
