I modified the SketchUp Mini Sumo. The motor holder is much stronger. On my prints the original one always broke due to bad layer bonding. The chassis has holes for 5x7cm proto pcb with M2 stand up and screws. There are also holes for a 2AA battery holder to use two 14500 LiPo. There is also an option to mount a 500mAh-800mAh 2S-LiPo with JST connector.
The blade now can fixed with only two M3 screws an nuts. There is also a hole for a small switch.
The transmitter was made of an old Nintendo controller.
I will post the Arduino code and schematics within the next weeks. Please be patient.
Update:
Still working on schematics.
Added source code for bot and remote. Code is ugly but works :)
Partlist:
Both (Remote control and robot):
Arduino pro min 3.3V 8MHz
nRF24L01 Module 2.4GHz RF transceiver
Robot:
DRV8835 Dual Motor Driver Carrier from Pololu
Micro Metal Gearmotor from Pololu or similar.
6V 1:50 Gear Ratio and Medium Power (about 700mA Stall Cu
