Mini Topographic Canyon

This small desk map measures 4 inches by 6inches. It's designed so a small slip of paper can be added before it is pressed together. The frame back includes an easel to allow the piece to be self supporting.This model was inspired by a larger canyon map I made to decorate my workshop (9 feet long!). Both maps feature the same river and are made from the same topographic data. The larger map is featured on YouTube:
