Mini Train - Functional City Diorama This is a lovingly designed train diorama with an exciting function of letting the train drive. The train an ICE inspired miniature runs by turning the hand-wheel on the outside, which is controlled by magnetic sliders. The little cars on the streets moves as well. All printed parts are designed for minimal color changes to reduce waste.   → Requested Motorization is done! Good adhesion is necessary!   Following PLA Basic Filaments are used Jade White  Black  Silver  Brown Red Blue → car only Yellow → car only Other colors are possible of course, look what you have in stock.  I think it could be done with single color, if you want to color from hand.  I printed with a 0,4mm nozzle! Iam very pleased with the result but you can try a 0,2 nozzle as well.   Assembly: Quick Video →Tiktok →Insta You need 9pcs round 4x2 magnets & 3pcs 3x2 (Or stack 3x1) magnets for assembly.  Insert Magnets in the train and cars all with same polarity (4x2 for train / 3x2 for cars) And insert 6 magnets in the 6 pins the opposite direction! The Pins must attract the train and cars Insert the pins,use the train and cars to hold them in place. Arrange the pins with train and cars approximately as shown in the picture Press the wheel into position so that all pins are captured. Use the little connectors to glue the terrain on top   I hope you like this little project.
