Mini trap for dehumidifier drain

Wanted to route my dehumidifier drain hose into the 3.5" clear out plug connected to sewer, so I don't have to constantly empty the dehumidifier anymore. This trap allows the water to drain but blocks sewer gas from coming up into the house and making the whole room smell like poo.
