Mini X1 CarbonNotes About This Model:I gifted my Dad a 3D printer for Christmas, but rather than wrap the huge heavy box, I modeled this little replica to wrap up instead. This would be the perfect application for this print if someone is giving a 3D printer as a gift. That said, it is not a perfect replica, but just “good enough” to be recognizable. Unfortunately, given the geometry of the printer I couldn't really think of a good way to eliminate the supports. I wanted the build plate to be up high on the model since that's where it usually sits on my printer.
