This is a minimal enclosure for the WT32-SC01 ESP32 Dev Board.
The case was designed around the V3.2 dev board, which has standoffs on the corners. They are only used for positioning the board inside the case.
Enclosure Features:
- Reset button on the back using a living hinge
- Screen supports to hold the screen in position near the front of the case
The case will need to be flexed slightly to get the PCB past, but then the screen will "snap" into place. The glass will sit on the inner support and the outer features will *just* hold the screen in position. The result is a much more solid feel when touching the screen to activate buttons.
Printed at 0.1mm layer thickness but anything up to 0.2mm layer thickness should work fine. I did't use any supports, the USB port was small enough that I was able to bridge with PETG. YMMV.
