Turn your Raspberry Pi Pico into a sleek, automatic pet feeder!
This project was born from a Raspberry Pi Pico contest (#PicoBuilders), and it’s the perfect blend of modern minimalist design and smart functionality. Built with a Raspberry Pi Pico, ULN2003, 28BYJ-48 stepper motor, and just a few screws, it’s a simple yet innovative way to keep your pets fed on schedule.
(Container holds 750g of food, more than enough to keep a cat fed for a whole week)
Read 'Assembly.PDF' for instructions.
BOM:
Raspberry Pi Pico 2W : https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-pico-2/
ULN2003 && 28BYJ-48 :https://www.amazon.com/4-Phase-28BYJ-48-Stepper-ULN2003-Raspberry/dp/B0F8M4BB18
4x M3.5x20 screws
4x M2x5 screws
4x M3x5 screws
2x M3x10 screws
I'll add a plate/bowl that fits the aesthetic later, as soon as I figure out something that's practical as well.
Maybe I'll add something to secure the whole thing to the ground or the wall, so the cat doesn't knock it down.
