My friend was looking for a way to hold all of his various game controllers nicely, but wanted a small footprint one and wanted it to be able to hold 4 controllers of different styles. We couldn't find any STLs of the type he liked, so I made this one. It was primary designed for Xbox/PS4 controllers but should accommodate any similar sized controllers like a Switch Pro or an 8BitDo. I wanted it to be robust since this could be holding four expensive devices so added a cylindrical channel along the length that can take a dowel or threaded rod of about 6mm or 7/32 of an inch (The hole itself is approximately 7mm). This helps both reinforce the two pieces together and if using a threaded rod gives it solid weight. I used a threaded rod I cut that go about ⅔ of the height of the model and then topped the rest of the empty space (as well as the middle connector hole) with 2 part epoxy resin.
