Minimalist Odroid H2+ case

This is a small form factor case for the Odroid H2+. The top is cut out for heatsink clearance, and there are mounts for optional 25mm fans for active cooling. The case assembles with 14 M2.5 x 6 bolts and hex nuts, and the Odroid board is mounted with four M3 x 8 (or M2.5 x 8) standoffs.
