After being scammed on a Kickstarter project (billetus wallet), I decided to design my own that could be 3D printed.
I went through several iterations - this was my favorite because of size. This design adds a few millimeters to the profile/thickness of the card stack (57.58x89.80 vs 53.98x85.6).
Suggest printing out of PETG, as the other materials (PLA and ABS) have been too brittle to survive long term.
Suggest printing flat - requires support along the 3 ledges, but adds significant strength for the snaps.
Files names indicate the card thickness allowance. I use the 5.5mm version for 5 cards.
