I got inspired by all those cork pals. It is a great way to brush up on rhino rendering and Meshmixer. This is number 3 in my Cork (Corkie) series. Use search word "Corkie" to find the others.
As a note corks are different diameters. Scale your STL file in a 3d scale at the hole diameter. If you are running Makerbot, load both files then scale to simplify the step.
I raised the head part up one click off the print bed, this sets all the support as equal and gives better adhesion.
