MiniPizza cutter

If you like to make your own pizzas, like i do this is must have! Normally i make whole oven plate full of pizza dough but since we have party coming and lot's of people i desided to make mini-pizzas. Ofc it's lot of work but still it does not that much longer.

Worked fine for 2-3mm dough. Outer ring cuts and the middle ring presses round to prevent the tomato sauce spreading all around and gives the pizzas nice edge.

For the dough i usually use:
½ bag of dried yeast (5 grams)
2dl of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt or little more
5dl of flour (full grain)
2 teaspoon of oregano
3 tablespoon of olive or rapeseed oil.
(be your self and add anything you like in this recie)

Mix the yeast with water, salt and oregano and then pour it into bowl with flours. Give good stril until the dough is even and then let it sit for 20 mins and your dough is ready.

Btw. beer can(un opened) is good rolling pin if you don't have one. :P
