Hi!
This is a rotating stand for the MiniWare ES15 screwdriver, it can also be printed as stationary stand printing only the body without the Base.
The base and the body are linked with a 608ZZ bearing (cheap and available on Amazon, Aliexpress....)
The stand can hold the ES15 with a bit mounted and can hold 40 bits (24 on bottom and 16 on top)
