Mintion Nozzle Cam PCB case

The Mintion nozzle camera comes without a cover for the PCB. As such it maybe suitable to be integrated into an existing hot end solution, but some may choose to just attach it's cable so the PCB really needed a protective cover. No screws required and the lid snaps into place. I may adjust this later and add other additions allowing for mounting to toolheads if asked
