Minty Boost 4xAA (3 V) Box

MintyBoost v3 box I spun up to take a 4xAA (2x pairs in series) Keystone aluminum battery bracket (Digikey 36-182-ND). Created a slotted lit to improve cooling. Added an LED (1.5k Resistor, across usb output) and a power button (Digikey PS1023BBLK)

I used PETG and gorilla tape two sided tape to assemble everything. Button and LED fit tightly and did not need adhesive.

Added a copper RAM heatsink to the mintyboost as well to distribute heat more evenly.
