MinV2 40mm fan addon

I created a simple piece to add 40mm fans to the awesome [MinV2 fan mount by ThijsOudeVrielink](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4802752).
It fits tight where the stock blower fan is getting placed.
Just print it and mount it.

I tested the airflow with some prints using PLA+ and PETG and also did the water surface test. It works very well, eventhough many people claim that a 40mm fandon't have enough airflow to cool the parts.

I have the Noctua NF-A4x20 5V - bought accidentally instead of FLX.

Print it laying flat with the fan mount side, no supports needed. I printed it using 3mm brim in order to have a real flat surface without bending.
