I've completely rebuilt it from the ground up and added some features for ease of printing.
Print lower case halves edge on, vertically per picture.
Print upper case halves edge on, vertically per picture.
After many top revisions it now takes cherry switches.
I also used 2x5mm LEDs for the activity lights. 1k Ohm resistors work well, you'll have to make up a simple PCB but the LEDs compression fit into the print. Check the photos.
Included the fusion file so others can more easily modify.
