Its a wall mount for a Miyoo Mini+, that also functions as a stand if you don't attach it to the wall to allow a displayed Mini to stand up more sturdily. The screw holes are just whatever I had on hand but I'm sure any double sided adhesive would stick it to the wall just fine.
