MK2.3 Cable Holder Remix

The original cable holder from prusa and included in the mk2.3 mod was a little too wide and the cable ties would prevent the x carriage from hitting the endstop. This modification takes out a little of the bulk from the part and has allowed mine to work. Thought I'd share it incase anyone else is having this issue.

IMPORTANT: when I imported it to Fusion the file adjusted to 395mm instead of 39.5mm. I didn't know how to shrink it so you'll need to adjust the print to 10% size in your slicer. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'll edit it and upload the proper size.
