mk3 ford focus boot tailgate badge

3D printed version of the mk3 ford focus boot/tailgate badge

designed in google sketchup, probably not the most easiest tool to do this, any pointers to make the design better let me know

printing help: (printed with ender 2)
there is 2 mm of extra height at the bottom, this allows you to cut away extra material when fitting to your car
i used 1.5mm thick 3M tape to secure to car
i used 0.2mm and 0.1mm layer heights, just adjust the number of top layers so it gives a thick enough overall layer
the very last layer was printed with 0 walls, this gives a smoother finish in my testing
support only needed on bridged areas, the sloped areas were fine in my testing
oval ring printed in 0.1 layer height, higher settings made the ring a less smooth shape
