Mk8 Hotend Sock Mold

My design for a Mk8 silicone sock injection mold. Uses a syringe w/ catheter tip to put the silicone into the mold. The tolerances are tight to help minimize leaks.I like using Dragon Skin 10NV to cast. Will need approximately 20g of silicone not accounting for overage. Materials: Silicone, syringe w/ catheter tip, release agent, 4 #4x.5" wood screwsApply the release agent, assembly the mold, screw together, prepare the silicone, inject silicone and wait the manufacturers cure time to de-mold. Tabs have been added to help pop the mold apart.
