This shoulder upgrade for the MKiii is a mashup of the Tim Hebel manual 2-3-2 shoulders for the MKiii body and the crossbar section of the MKiv crossbar slipring design by Mr. B. I did nothing more than splice the files together after some measuring. This setup will provide the ability to move R2 into the standing position without taking the legs off. It also provides additional support and ability to utilize the new MKiv motor mounting option in your MKiii. I’ve added additional holes for securing the crossbar to the shoulders using m6 x150mm bolts. Kevin Merkt created a fixed shoulders version of the MKiii shoulder and I used his crossbar file when mashing everything together. I liked his design because I don’t have a back door in my mkiii and needed the extra space to remove stuff if need be. I have included Tims locking pins and upgraded hubs. As well as Kevins Crossbar for convenience. I recommend going to Kevin and Tims original files. Kevins original fixed shoulder can be found
