I was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3248102.
I needed a spool holder system for a wall, since I wished to mount the spools under my desk.
The BracketBase parts lock together and each base has slots for two SideBrackets.
The spool holder slots are 20 mm wide.
The holes are intended for 3mm screws.
