This is an upgrade from the stock buffer from the MMU2 kit. The ones that come with the kit require you mount off the back of the printer, twist the PFTE tubes akwardly, and generally just are a bad use of space IMO. This is a replacement for the larger s-buffer-printer part, all other pieces are stock from the MMU2 kit.
This was designed in a way so the buffer can stand on it's own freely, or as I used in my case also has holes for mounting screws. I was able to greatly reduce the space required for the whole setup, while also improving (reducing) friction on the filament as it's loaded into the MMU2 assembly.
No need for supports, printed with basic no-name grey PLA. You may need to clear out a little loose filament in the underside screw holes. Screws to hold the PFTE tubes were standard M3-18 spares from the Prusa kit, but you can probably use shorter ones if you're low on supplies. (If you're mounting this, be sure to secure your PFTE tubes *first*)
