MMU2s optical end stop / IR sensor

This is a replacement for the IR sensor mount the Prusa MMU2s uses. If you don't have the IR sensor for some reason, with this thing you can use a regular cheap optical end stop instead.
It's almost a drop in replacement. The only difference is that you need to change #define FIL_RUNOUT_STATE to LOW.
