Here is my design of a mobile phone mount for my bike with a 35 mm stem. half the mount is printed in TPu (Blue) to allow the phone to be pressed in and out of the case easily. The other half is printed in PLA (Black) which creates a strong and durable mounting point.
i did this by cutting the TPU whilst it was being drawn in by the extruder then feeding in the PLA at the point where i wanted the pla to start.
In the files i have provided the main mount is for a sony 1. However i have also provided all the cad files so this can be edited for your device accordingly.
the case part of the assembly will need to be tapped using a M3 tap or just the screw you intend to use.
the screw is a m3 10mm Allen head.
