Very clever design, and kudos for providing the .scad file. Using the .scad file, I was able to tweak it just a bit:
- Changed the length from 100 to 110 mm, so that I can use an M6x100 bolt.
- Moved the groove just a bit farther from the edge so that the point is not so sharp. On my slicer, the sharp point resulted in no material extruded in the first couple of layers.
