This is a dragchain i made for my Kay CoreXY setup, with a Hemera hotend and BL touch.
This setup have been tested and for those who have downloaded earlier versions, there have been some adjustements.
The BL_touch is now relocated to make a more compact and functional design. The frame bracket for the chain have been fortified.
The chain is drawn with 0.4 nozzle tolearance, but is made extremely tight, the reason for this, is to prevent sag in the chain when its used for a few hrs. The chain need to be "worked" a little after assembly before its mounted on the printer.
This Hemera mount is using 3 of the 4 Hemera mounting brackets, that way, the hemera can be mounted while the cradle is still on the X beam.
BL touch offset is +22.6 and +0.05, height about -3, this will need fineadjustement
You need a total of 25 links, and about 30 clips
Added one angled chain link, in case you get a saggy chain over time, print one or two of these, and put it in in each end. ( d
