Modified Dewalt Battery Holder

I wanted a Dewalt Battery holder that would work with my [2" rail mounting system](https://3dprints.electronsmith.com/toughcase-medium-box-packout-rail-mount/) but I couldn't find one with the proper 1" hole spacing, but I found the next best thing, maglub posted the Fusion archives for his battery holder so that I could modify it to my needs.

Besides the hole pattern, I made a few improvements such as making it smaller so it prints faster and making it actually fit properly with FlexVolt batteries.
