Modified j-head e3dv5 support and cooler.

Just a little mod to the original support designed by shawdreamer.
With this one, you can gain more space on the right side of the nozzle.
You need to reprint the cooler as well, because the one from the original design won't fit anymore.
I printed this with fluorescent yellow abs from Hobbyking, 30% 3d honeycomb infill, 3 perimeter and 3 solid infill in the top and bottom.
As you can see in the picture, I use this one on the original carriage and I have already used it for 100+ hours of printing.
Edit: The cooler don't have holes for screwing the fan because the 40mm fan I use have the holes a little offset from the standard. I drill the holes, directly on the flange and the use 2 3x15mm self tapping screw in diagonal.
