This is designed to allow the bolt to be self-coupled because it was too short to use a nut.
Prior to use, tighten the M3 bolts and penetrate to the end. It will hurt your hand badly. please use vise.
This has been modified to connect the parts of the Are link to the M3x10 bolt.:
