Modified NA4D VR Headset wall hanger

I extended the OP's excellent design so the shelf for the headset is ~115mm (about 15 mm longer), and created a second part that attaches with 3M double sided tape (or probably superglue) to the underside of the shelf.

The new part creates a large lip that prevents the headset from being pulled off the hanger by accident. There is a gap in the middle of the lip, to accommodate the headset's top strap, which keeps the unit from flopping down and hanging upside down.

This works fine with Reverb and Quest 2 and probably others.
