Modified parts for Wind vane

1) Modified the main body part to avoid the blades hitting the vertical axis in strong wind.
2) Reinforced blade_curved (print it with 100% infill).
3) Upgrade Ogive_v3.stl (print without support, overhang angle 55-57deg)
