I bought a Cosco brand umbrella stroller that was designed to be pushed by a much shorter person. I found Mickeybob's design and made some changes. The changes were done in Onshape, and I apologize for the wonky-looking loft job!
First, I made the holes 5mm so I can use M5 hardware. The bolts (I used M5x35, but 25mm bolts would have been sufficient) fit snugly in the holes and can be threaded by hand. I added some M5 lock nuts.
Secondly, I replaced the outside clamp with an extension tube. This eliminated half of the hardware. Also, the handle that came with Mickeybob's design was a little short. Granted, I had to chop off a few millimeters so it would fit on my Ender 3, but I needed it a bit longer overall. The new outside part gives me an additional 4 or so inches, and with the handles epoxied into the extension, I get an additional 10 inches of handles!
I also added some rubber bands because I was not getting enough static friction between the PLA and the plastic of the handle co
